Where can I ask a weight-loss question or find support?

A large peer-support community for healthy, sustainable weight loss, with rules against unhealthy methods.

r/loseit is a peer community for people of all sizes working on sustainable weight loss. It is not a medical service: it bans promoting unhealthy methods and does not allow standalone posts about weight-loss medication. Questions about health conditions belong with a doctor.
