Where can I ask for help with an Android phone problem?

An Android help community for device and OS questions — with no help bypassing lock screens or other security measures.

r/AndroidQuestions takes questions about Android devices and the Android system. Replies come from volunteers, so the rules ask for patience and details. It will not help bypass Factory Reset Protection, lock screens or other security measures.

Where to ask

r/AndroidQuestions

Best for: Troubleshooting and how-to questions about an Android phone or tablet.

Why it fits: Its public description: “The place to get help for questions you have related to your Android device and the Android ecosystem.”

Rules to know before posting:

  • Ask an actual question, in English, about Android or Android devices.
  • Be descriptive: device model, Android version, carrier and location can matter.
  • Be patient and don’t double-post — help is voluntary and a reply is not guaranteed.
  • No discussing how to bypass FRP, lock screens or other security measures.
  • No affiliate links, URL shorteners, theft or piracy.
