Where can I ask a workplace HR or employment question?

An employee-focused AskHR community for compensation, benefits, harassment and workplace process questions — location required in the title, with bans on homework, PMs and location-mismatched legal tips.

Benefits, write-ups and workplace policy questions often need an HR-process framing rather than a pure legal clinic. r/AskHR is for employees asking about compensation, benefits, harassment, discrimination and related workplace topics. Replies are peer discussion, not your company’s HR department.

Before you post

  • Put the location tag in the title before you write the story.
  • Urgent legal strategy may still need the legal where-to-post page or a qualified lawyer — AskHR is not counsel.
  • Interview-only questions fit the job-interview where-to-post page.
