Where can I ask a meal prep question?

A meal-prep community for batch cooking questions and sharing preps — original content, recipes/ingredients required on relevant posts, and no product advertising.

Batch-cooking for the week is a different question from single-recipe troubleshooting. r/MealPrepSunday is dedicated to meal prepping discussion and sharing. It expects prep-related posts and recipes or ingredient lists on food posts.

Before you post

  • Say your goal (budget, macros, time), equipment and how many days you are packing for.
  • One-off recipe troubleshooting fits the cooking where-to-post page; baking failures fit baking.
  • Food-safety edge cases may need official guidance — peer tips are not a food-safety authority.
