Where can I ask a job interview question?

A job-interview discussion community for interview process questions — specific titles required, with bans on job ads, service pitches and résumé critique requests.

Interview format, panel nerves and offer-stage questions are a narrower ask than general career planning. r/interviews is dedicated to job interviews. Résumé critique requests are sent to résumé communities instead.

Where to ask

r/interviews

Best for: Questions about preparing for, navigating or debriefing job interviews.

Why it fits: Its public description: “A subreddit dedicated to job interviews.”

Rules to know before posting:

  • No job advertisements.
  • No advertising or soliciting services (paid or free).
  • No résumé critique requests — use résumé communities instead.
  • Keep discussion civil — no personal attacks or wishing harm.
  • Post titles must be specific — vague “I need help” titles are not enough.

Before you post

  • Name the industry, interview stage and country when norms differ.
  • Résumé markup belongs on the résumé-review where-to-post page.
  • Broader career-path questions still fit the career-advice where-to-post page.
