Cold email and outbound sales prospecting · Status when checked: Banned (2026-11-07)
r/coldemail is banned. When we checked on 7 November 2026, Reddit showed “This community was banned for being unmoderated.” A ban like this means Reddit found no active moderation, not that the topic itself is prohibited. We know of no official successor community. The options below are existing communities whose current rules allow at least some outbound-sales discussion. Read each community's rules before posting.
Good for: Broad sales careers and technique discussion, including outbound and prospecting.
Access: open; posts from accounts with under 10 community karma are filtered automatically
Rules to know: Earn 10 karma in r/sales by commenting before you post. Mods say they won't manually approve filtered posts.

Posting rules and karma thresholds change. None of these communities is an official replacement, and a post may still be removed or get no replies. Statuses come from the live community page on the check date; Reddit can lift or change a ban at any time. Updated 2026-11-07.
